If that is not racist, I don't know what is. The very definition of racism is lumping together an entire group of people based on ethnicity and extrapolating negative traits about them.

With that said, it seems pretty clear that Trump also has racist tendencies/leanings himself. He was after all, raised by a blatantly racist father who was notorious for making it hard, if not impossible, for black people to rent in his buildings. These things are often "passed down" from one generation to another, to some or a large extent.

But as Shura has hinted (I think), it doesn't really matter too much who the president is or isn't, and whether they align with left or right (allegedly to begin with, let's not forget that Trump was a long time registered Democrat before running as a Repupblican). They are not the power and decision makers anymore. They have gone the way of the Monarchs of England. They are more symbolic figure heads.

The real decision makers in this country are a combo of major, big banks, major
mega corporations, and the intelligence agencies which get their marching orders from the former groups.

It's funny, but it's like people seem to think that Obama sat down and literally wrote up the AHCA himself or something (rolls eyes). No, it was a primarily a "former" big wig in the corporate insurance world. Obama was just told to sign the dotted line after it was written up. This is how it actually works.

And all the research and indications outline that it doesn't matter how we do or don't vote federally, in that the majority will of the people don't much, if at all, affect these plutocratic run decisions. And it's been this way for quite awhile.

Trump, Biden, Obama, Bush(es), etc, etc, it doesn't really matter too much. Only surface differences, but the core policies more or less stay the same, which is why when a true change agent has a chance, they are blocked/impeded by even their own party (like Sanders has been twice).
