It might be time for vigilante justice. They usually attack the elderly. Citizens need to defend those who cannot defend themselves. The defense of others is a legal defense.

Unfortunately, nothing will change for the better at the core, until the Sun takes out the electrical grids, as it will in next few or so coming years.

In fact, humanity got mighty lucky about a week and a half or so ago. Had that powerful CME been earth directed, it very well could have taken out the grid system, especially since Earth's magnetic field is weakening at an exponential rate.

I added V2 because I had asked Randall to previously close my prior, first/original account.

I wanted to do V2.0 (like computer speak for an updated program or the like), but I don't think that the period part was allowed or something, so I had to do V2. It just stands for the second version.
