Unfortunately there are too many people on both sides that are far too partisan. Unfortunately, too many don't realize the deeper truth, that this is not a left vs right thing, but a plutocrat vs commoners thing. Trump for example, use to hob knob and rub elbows at the same parties that the Clintons etc attended. They don't give a crap about political labels or ideologies. They just use that b.s. against us as a polarizing device so that we stay at each other's throats, rather than theirs (clever aholes indeed). If you take a good long, broad look at history, you'll see that the plutocrat types of every generation and century have been using class labels and identities in this way for that same reason. To keep the commoners divided and polarized, so that we don't go after them, our true enemy. And the majority keep falling for it. When I read this forum section, I have no hope for the future of humanity as is, because it is a microcosm of the polarization amongst us commoners in the larger world. Extremely depressing. It’s depressing for me, too, and I need to get out of here, because I can’t stop clenching my teeth. I hadn’t intended to be here at all, this summer.
