Whoever thought Cuomo would resign? I didn't.

As for accusations against Trump and Gaetz, those accusations were not credible. They were political in nature.

Against Cuomo, accusations were not political. His own democrat staff members accused him.

Now, Cuomo is gone in 2 weeks.

Two of rump’s friends are apparently wanting to be the new governor, so they can pardon him. Of course that’s what this is really about. If you were really concerned about women being harassed, that douche bag wouldn’t have been put in the Supreme Court in 2018. Rump wouldn’t have been elected at all. Gaetz would have been thrown out.

President Trump doesn’t need a pardon. New York investigators found no misconduct or broken laws. Just. Like. Always. Cuomo’s accusers are credible, as the investigation proved. Whereas Ford was an obvious liar and possibly mentally unhinged. Apples and oranges.

I am still trying to get over the fact that he was not forced to resign for:

1) Ordering nursing homes to accept Covid positive patients and causing the death of 15,000 elderly residents.

2) Manipulating the numbers to avoid showing the nursing home deaths: all nursing homes patients who were sent to hospitals and died there were labeled hospitals deaths, not nursing home death, thereby keeping the official nursing home deaths artificially low

3) bragging later that New York had one of the lowest mortality for nursing homes, knowing full well he had fudged the real numbers.

I am trying to understand why he still had a job after all of this came to light...

He is facing several criminal charges of battery, including several expected civil suits. He is also under criminal investigation for the nursing home deaths and misuse of funds over his book deal.
