Trump's hands, too. Although, I thought he said that he defeated ISIS?! I guess not. Another failure, bigly, for the trump administration. He is the reason the Taliban is so strong now, and he lied about defeating ISIS. The same way that he lies about just about everything.

It was the Taliban who opened the prisons in Afghanistan and let Isis and al Qaeda out...on Biden's watch, Not Trump's.

As for your absurd claim that Trump didn't defeat Isis, Trump destroyed their Caliphate that Obama and Biden let flourish in Iraq. And...it was on Trump's watch that Isis and al Qaeda were captured and imprisoned in Afghanistan, not under Biden.
