But do want to point out that we are spiritual beings having a material experience. Spiritual consciousness is primary over matter i.e. matter comes from nonphysical consciousness and thus is ultimately subservient.

Through holistic attunement to the Creative Force within, we can keep the body balanced and healthy even in the face of various outside, material pressures and influences. Heck, get the body intune enough, and then like Yeshua, you can come to start to transcend physical needs and reactions (though that day is far off for most in a probable sense).

But meanwhile, using meditation, prayer, positive service to others, eating very healthily (especially towards alkaline reacting), being in nature, exercise, asking for help from the Creative Forces, certain stones, uplifting, positive, fast vibrational music, sun bathing before 10 am and after 2pm (or later/earlier if you're darkly pigmented), etc, etc are all things we can do to keep our body vital and balanced.

The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself. If you believe in a Creator, then act like it, and understand that the Creator and the Creative Forces within, can overcome or counterbalance any material condition if there is the right attunement and/or belief. There have been literal studies/research done on "placebo surgery" where the placebo surgery led to real, positive results just as effective as the actual surgeries. And that's just belief/placebo alone. Think about combining belief/faith with conscious attunement! Truly, if we have enough of both, we could move mountains.

Fear is a very slow vibratory energy/pattern that weakens and imbalances us. Be consciously aware of potential dangers and influences, but put them into their place in the grand scheme of things. And besides, literally the "worst" that can happen is your body dies.

For something like 70% of us, that just leads to a nice, nonphysical vacation free of all the stress and suffering of this level, where we are surrounded by like minded individuals we get along really well with, and no bills, hunger, need for shelter, need for money, no wars, etc, etc. Doesn't sound so bad, does it?

What is a biohazard? "A biohazard is a risk to human health or the environment arising from biological work, especially with microorganisms."

What should go in a biohazard bag? "Items that can go in a Biohazard bag: Visibly bloody gloves, plastic tubing, or personal protective equipment (PPE) Gauze, bandages or other items saturated with blood."

If Covid is one of the most transmittable viruses known to humankind as it is promoted to be, then masks are biohazards, as would be gloves and all PPE.

There's a reason why mRNA vaccines were banned until Covid. They are, indeed, a form of bioweapon when forced upon people without informed consent.
