Self editing button malfunctioning. Classic symptom of dementia. Old Joe wouldn't have looked at his watch. He knew better. Not because he was a better man but because he was a better politician.

And before some dolt mumbles but but but Trump - Trump's baseline never included a self editing button. He was known for verbal gaffes and outrageous comments even in the 80s. If he is senile, you'll need other evidence.
