I haven’t read the filing, but from what I have heard, this is a huge overreach of federalism, so my guess is that it will fail. If it does, a slew of states will be passing similar laws.

He did nothing of the sort.

The law in Texas is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court is now stacked with people who aren’t doing their jobs, and we’re chosen to be activists for things like this.

If this isn’t unconstitutional, let’s try the same thing with gun laws.

You are talking about Constitutional rights? You want people to be vaccinated against their will. You want guns taken away. Ever heard of the Second Amendment? That's actually in the Bill of Rights--you know, in the Constitution. There is no Constitutional right to murder your baby. That baby is not YOUR body--it's his or her body.
