Arizona Republicans' ballot recount confirms Joe Biden still winner of 2020 election, draft report says

A five-month-long review shows Democrat's victory in Maricopa County expanded by 360 votes over Donald Trump. Full audit findings will be released Friday.

PHOENIX — A five-month-long Republican-ordered review of Maricopa County's 2020 presidential vote confirms that Democrat Joe Biden defeated Republican President Donald Trump, according to a three-volume draft report obtained by 12 News.

The review's hand recount of all 2.1 million ballots widened Biden's victory margin by 360 votes, according to the draft report, dated Monday, Sept. 20.

The long-delayed findings of the multimillion-dollar partisan review are scheduled to be released at 1 p.m. Friday in the Arizona State Senate. The event will be livestreamed here.

The affirmation of Biden's victory in Maricopa County – the first in 72 years by a Democratic presidential nominee – is a rebuke to the Republican voters, politicians and former president who contended, without any evidence, that Biden stole the election from Trump.

The election review was run and funded by people and organizations that promoted the lie that Trump won.

Arizona and Maricopa County taxpayers have spent more than $3.5 million and counting on the review.

As of the end of July, outside organizations funded by undisclosed donors had funneled $5.7 million to the review.

Draft versions of the three-volume report were circulated widely Thursday in media and government circles.

12 News confirmed the source of the draft documents, as well as the authenticity of a significant portion of them.

Senate President Karen Fann, who authorized the unprecedented election review without a vote of the full Senate, declined to confirm the results.

"We will all find out tomorrow in the report," she said in a text message to 12 News Thursday night.

"There is a lot of information you all need to see."

Notations in the margins of some of the documents indicate they are subject to change. 12 News has learned work on the documents is continuing into the evening Thursday.

They hope people like teasel will overlook the fact the information she posted is from an early 'draft' report and not from the actual report which will be released later today.

The real/actual report shows that in only Maricopa County, there were more than 5 times the number of illegal democrat votes to cover the illegitimate Biden's margin of alleged victory of 10,000 votes...state wide. But this is only the Maricopa audit.

People like teasel are so easily mislead...mainly because they want so desperately to be justified in voting for the demented fraudulently elected Joe Blow Biden.

The democrats have seized on that as their headline, claiming the AZ recount (which they spent months dismissing as a fraudulent recount but now want to embrace as golden) proves Biden won.

So headlines like: AZ audit shows Biden won is all they need. The way the dems have seized on and reinterpreted the findings to suit them is brilliant. Y'all keep underestimating them...

The republicans could counter with their own headlines: AZ audit shows 50,000+ illegal ballots counted.

Battle of the headlines!

The democrats are in the uncomfortable position of having claimed for months that the audits were a fraud, so it's rich for them now to claim vindication from PART of the audit's findings, yet they want to reject other parts. They can't have it both ways.

9,041 people returned more ballots than sent.

277 Precincts show more ballots cast than people who showed up to vote, resulting in 1,541 excess votes.

397 ballots received that were never shown as sent

255,326 [!!!] Votes show up in one system [VM55] but not the other [EV33]!!!

23,334 [!!!] voters voted via mail-in ballot that showed up as having moved out of state.

2,382 voted in person though they showed as having moved out of state.

2,081 voters had moved out of state prior to 29 days before the election and were given a full ballot instead of a Presidential ballot.

As many as 5,047 people voted in more than one county, resulting in an extra 5,047 votes.

393 voters with incomplete names.

198 registered after the October 15th cutoff.

2,861 voters who shared the same AFFSEQ number with another voter at some point.

282 potentially deceased people voted.
