About 80 percent of Florida's adult population has been vaccinated against COVID-19, according to the CDC. Data from a Johns Hopkins University tracker shows the Sunshine State hasn't seen a significant surge in vaccinations over the past several months, and it's unclear exactly why cases are trending downward.

One of the most plausible explanations is that the Delta variant has run its course, at least for now. Throughout the pandemic, two-month surges in cases have been followed by a decline in infections. Jason Salemi, a professor of epidemiology at the University of South Florida, told WKMG that the variant "burned through the population" and may be struggling to find people to infect.

lol Well, so much for the official narrative. Again.

If the vaccine were *only* useless that would be one thing. Unfortunately .....

...So what do you think is happening? I have my personal bias, but I am genuinely curious about your thoughts.

Your first paragraph seems like a study in contradiction: CDC claims 80% of adult Floridians have been vaccinated, while the John Hopkins tracker shows no significant surge in vaccinations...

The second paragraph tries to offer an explanation that could be valid.

I think the situation is puzzling due to censorship of the doctors and scientists who could provide alternative and perhaps enlightening medical viewpoints on what is going on... If we had more of those doctors and scientists giving their opinions without fear in a national and even international discourse, we would know more how to handle this pandemic.

My doctor will always protect its kind. He too has to pay his bills and support his family

Unless we change the financial structure of the country no great change is possible.

Down 88 percent in the last 6 weeks. Florida has the most freedom, the fewest Covid cases, and the lowest taxes in the nation:

Post a source where you got that ridiculous assertion, unless the source is your own delusion.
