Eons spent in close contact with humans is changing the spiritual make up of dogs in particular, I agree.

They're very much astral dominated beings, and in that sense reflect our own astral state. Funny to think they are sort of 'catching" humanness. Lol. There is so much in the old legends and myths indicating this.

The long reaching consequences are enormous. We are truly responsible for them. A friend says, "we are to the animals, as the angels are to us"

Some, like Fauci, are maybe more akin to fallen angels.

Yes, animals who are close to us humans, learn from us (ofcourse we can also learn from them).
Just as the angels help us to develop, but indirectly we help also them, they are growing by watching and helping us.
So your friend is right.
I know a dog, who died in my arms and his soul became a human in that moment.

Yes, there is something to physiognomy on average. The Soul can write itself into the body to some extent, just as the body and body conditions can affect the Soul. Astrology very much relates to it as well, especially with the Ascendant and related factors as these have relative correlation with looks. Except for my height and unusually short torso, I look about as classically Leo Asc as one can get, though a bit softer/gentler due to Aqua Venus in opposition to Asc degree and Sag Neptune trine to same, and chart ruler, the Sun parallel and semi-sextile Neptune.

Even more modern science is starting stumble onto these connections. For example, there have been a couple research studies that noticed a correlation of wider than usual faces among men (proportionally) and a greater probability for those men to cheat/lie during games with rewards.

Also linked with wider than average faces among men (I think, if I'm remembering correctly) are higher than average free testosterone and/or general androgen hormone levels. Testosterone is a very interesting hormone. It is very much like the symbol Mars in a lot of ways. You need some Mars and red energy to survive and get stuff done in this world, but too much quickly leads to over selfishness and a lack of ethics, morality, and the higher human attributes.
