The number is 23 and likely to grow. Democrats only have a 5 seat majority. Republicans won 73 House seats in 1994. In 2010, it was 63 seats. It will be even more next year. There will be a backlash against all these failing Biden policies when people show up to vote in the mid-terms. And if Dems lose only one senate seat, they lose the minority. That will make Biden a lame duck president for his last two years.
