Florida has a $99.7 billion budget, compared with over $200 billion with New York, and Florida has no income tax. It has the lowest per capita tax burden of any state in the country. It takes in between $400 and $500 million each month above its obligations and has a $15 billion surplus. This is how the federal government should operate.
