Gutlless in New York.
The US Supreme Court has already ruled against Biden's vaccine mandates for private businesses. New York businesses would fall under the same court decision. They're gutless in New York or thousands would have already sued the city, the state, the counties and any other political subdivision for attempting to enforce a vaccine mandate on private businesses.

Also, putting things in context, I think NY residents have PTSD from all of the deaths the media was reporting happening there in March, April and May 2020.

Unfortunately, they didn't know at the time that about 15,000 of the deaths were due to Cuomo forcing nursing homes to accept covid positive patients...

And even after Cuomo was exposed, because Cuomo was never fired, disciplined or even tried in court for this, it is as though he never did those things, so there has not been a closure in their psyche for what had happened. They still think people can just drop dead left and right from covid en masse.
