Can't read this article as I am not a subscriber.

Also young people who are sold out on eating animal sourced proteins and into muscle building too are dying of cardiac arrests at an early age. Many actors and pros. Switch to plant based for your proteins source. People who do , are still in the game while others faded. Animals facts leads to build up of cholesterol . Don't switch overnight. Take it slowly. For some people, animal sourced protein is the only way. Always monitor your blood when you are working on a goal.
