Unfortunately, there is no hard evidence, because cremations are quite good at getting rid of such evidence. No one has come forward and snitched on him. He was investigated, but it didn't go anywhere, because again, not much evidence to look at with a cremation. If she had been buried, most likely it would be seen if she had been poisoned or the like.
Anyways, the above is what a combo of intuition and holistic logic suggested after I looked into it.
A more kind interpretation is that she actually committed suicide (she was known to have been depressed), and he covered that up to save her and her family face, and thus came up with the Samahdi account and gave her a more noble and spiritual "out" so to speak.
Considering how he low key kind of criticized her after her death (talked about her being very childlike and emotional), and with his attachment to material wealth, I lean more to the former than the latter.
I've also heard complaints about him from people in India that his group partakes in harmful practices to the environment. Though, on the other hand, his group is also known for planting trees and he speaks about changing farming practices for the better and more sustainable.
This much I am certain of though, he is not master, and not on the level of those like Yeshua, Buddha, etc. Like the huge majority of most humans in most generations, he is a "mixed" bag.
