The problem with these, is that these are very hard to reverse (no guarantee of doing so successfully). I.e. it is a fairly drastic/extreme kind of decision. I suppose if one really, really doesn't like or want kids, then it makes sense.

What's wrong with using a condom or the like?

I've been with my partner for 21 years, and she has only been on birth control for part of that time, and thus I have used condoms for a good portion of our relationship. Sure, we've done the "pull out" method here and there, but I don't really trust that.

Yes, it does feel a bit better not using a condom, but it's really not like it is a big sacrifice, especially not compared to having likely irreversible surgery.

Since I'm not part of the right/non republican and all, my spermies are probably weak and thinly populated... (lol, or at least according to the kind of propaganda shared here). But, then again, I'm not part of the left either...hmmm, so maybe in actuality, I have SUPER SPERM (erm..erm..erm...)!!!

Birth control was always an option prior to Dobbs. Now they’re just finally seeking it since abortion in some states will be restricted, which is the real reason why vasectomies are now increasing.

This just shows that abortion has always been about and used primarily for birth control, and it has always had very little to do with “rape,” “incest,” or “risk of life to the mother.”

Your argument makes sense.

The exponential increase in men vasectomies also shows that the Supreme Court decision does not affects women ONLY as many on the pro-abortion camp claim. The decision also affects men, so can the pro-abortion people please stop claiming only women are affected?
