All municipal employees (1,430) who were fired for refusing the Covid vaccine have been rehired and paid a lump sum for all back pay as ordered by the New York Supreme Court because such actions were unconstitutional and “arbitrary and capricious.” This is important because it affirms that this nonsense will never happen again if there is another "pandemic."
