This person probably stands right at the opening of the luggage belt, and watches, and if a designer or expensive luggage comes out, he/she just grabs it and walks out with it like it is his/her own.

That is why I very rarely check my luggage. Not that I use designer or expensive luggages...

Pretty soon they are going to start requiring people show proof the luggage they took off the belt is theirs...

Apparently this person was one of the activists whose testimony was instrumental in banning so called conversion therapies, and even the passing of laws prohibiting people who want to change their homosexual orientation from talking about the matter with their therapists. In other words as I understand it, laws that say, if you don't like being straight and are questioning your sexuality, it's okay to talk about it with your therapist, but if you don't like being gay and would like to change your sexual orientation to become straight, nope, you can't talk to a therapist about it.
