Well, arresting...and filing criminal charges will keep this democrat funding criminal out of congressional hearings today where republicans were all set grill him. Justice Dept saves democrats again.

The give-away in all this is that Fried was coming to the United States to testify.....where he could have been arrested when he stepped off the airplane. Instead, Fried was arrested at the behest of a federal prosecutor in the Bahamas and is undergoing hearings there.

Bottom line.
Fried didn't come to the US and isn't going to testify in front of House committee.
