Any US Senator could have taken to the US Senate floor and proceeded to read the 4000+ page bill. That would have delayed passage of the bill until after the new congress was seated in January. No Senator did. Away with them all. Their last term in office and good riddance to them. The others: Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) Sen. John Boozman (R-AR) Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SD) Sen. Richard Shelby (R-AL) Sen. John Thune (R-SD) Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS) Sen. Todd Young (R-IN)

And...here's this bombastic weasel who stood idly by while this disastrous bill passed....and he could have stopped it. Any republican Senator could have stopped it....but didn't.Away with them all! Cotton and Graham shocked me. And let us not forget the 8 Republican House members who voted for it. IP: Logged |

Because 4,500 + personal pork pet projects is for the good of the country? Do you even know what is in this Omnibus BS, or do you just spout off nonsense? WTF does getting squirrels drunk and watching them fight (two separate fundings) have to do with this country? Do you even care about families struggling between the choices of eating and heating their homes? Or do you care more about Pelousy getting her name on a building and the FBI getting a new one? One of the only good things about this inflation fertilizer is that is forbids the military from punishing anyone for refusing the vaccine. You probably didn’t know about that either. IP: Logged |

For the 'good' of the country??
Maintaining 77,000 empty Federal buildings (GSA)………………..………….$1,700,000,000 Helping illegal immigrants avoid deportation (DHS)……………………….…. $168,000,000 Overpaying government contractors for a terminated contract (GSA)…………..$69,000,000 Using COVID relief funds to construct an 11,000 square foot spa……….……. $140,000,000 Watching hamsters fight on steroids (NIH)………………………..………….…..$3,000,000 Studying the romance between parrots (NSF)……………..………………………….…$689,222 A radio campaign telling drivers to stop at railroad crossings (DOT)………………..$200,000 The NIH also wasted a significant amount of money. That includes $2.1 million on encouraging Ethiopians to wear shoes, $2.3 million injecting beagle puppies with cocaine, $1.1 million on “training mice to binge drink alcohol,” over $519,000 using mice to study racial aggression. This then is the essence of good government?? IP: Logged |

My bad. It was hamsters and mice, not squirrels. Although, a squirrel is a rodent with a furry tail. 😂IP: Logged |
