Seeing teasel defend Biden’s mishandling of top secret classified documents is hilarious. What an utter display of nonsense to post such a futile comparison. Before this is over, Biden may end up actually having more docs than President Trump (who was actually in discussion with the archives about returning the documents, i.e., “cooperating”). The ONLY difference that matters is that Trump was President, and Biden was only VP. That tells you everything you need to know. President Trump had the absolute, unequivocal, and unfettered right to declassify and to take any classified materials that he wanted to keep—by the Bill Clinton precedent, two SCOTUS cases, and the Presidential Records Act. Biden did not. So, get out of here with that bullsh*t! And did that actually say “locked away and secure at an office”?  They were in a closet. Leftist boneheads say there's a difference between Donald Trump taking records...including classified records and Joe Biden taking records...including classified records. Indeed, there is a difference.Records taken by Trump...including classified records.. fall under the 'Presidential Records Act' which is a civil matter. Records taken by Vice President Joe Biden...including classified records...fall under the Federal Records Act which makes it a felony offense to destroy or remove federal records from the offices where they reside.
