There's some things you don't know...actually there's lots of things you don't know. Trump's documents are covered by the 'Presidential Records Act...which is civil law. Trump has a right to those documents because he declassified them as President of the United States. Further, Trump has the unqualified right to classify of declassify information as President, without answering to anyone on Earth for his actions. There are no criminal charges contained within the Presidential Records Act. They've also found classified documents in Biden's possession dating back to a time when Biden was a US Senator. Absolutely no way that could ever be spun as 'inadvertent possession'. Joe Biden is a criminal. He became a criminal the moment he removed classified documents from the Executive Branch. He's now an admitted criminal from the moment he or his attorneys admitted Biden has/had classified documents in his possession. Yes, dear, the DOJ is biased in favour of the liberals/democrats. It has demonstrated that bias since 2016... You've got to be kidding! The DOJ allowed Biden's own lawyers to search for docs (people who had no security clearance and who could have tampered with the evidence), but President Trump wasn't even allowed to have his lawyers present! Biden got to choose which rooms that he allowed to be searched! Biden has been playing games with his docs for two months. And Biden has had some these docs for 15 years!
