This female Norwegian "bioethicist", Anna Smajdor, is spouting cutting edge Progessivism here. And she has been for quite awhile. Back in 2012 she caught some press for supporting "artificial wombs" as an option for transgender women and to further "equality" for women. “Pregnancy is barbaric,” Dr Anna Smajdor declares. “If there were any disease that caused the same problems, we would regard it as very serious.” I am sitting in her office at the University of Oslo, opposite a calendar featuring photographs of her cats. She is a bioethicist and associate professor of practical philosophy, but has the air of a mischievous teenager. Mischievous indeed lol and oh so conservative and traditional, eh? IP: Logged |
