It's because the Machiavellian uniparty know they can't beat President Trump at the ballot box fairly, so they're using lawfare. And that's backfiring on them.

Biden is now at 38% and we're going into a deep recession. It's going to get worse for the Biden regime. I have doubts their cheating in 2024 is going to work for them this time.

No, I mean a person who Dems used to worship standing up for the rule of law and against the abuse of power. But since you mentioned paying hush money, that isn’t a crime. It’s called an NDA. If you recall, Bill Clinton also paid hush money.
