Portions of this image were obscured to protect the identity of people unnamed in the report.

In the letter addressed to the Sheriff of Fulton County Patrick Labat, who is in charge of courthouse security, Willis said that “open-source intelligence” has previously indicated that decisions in this case could provoke “significant” public reaction that could result in “violence.” “Please accept this correspondence as notice to allow you sufficient time to prepare the Sheriff’s Office and coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure that our law enforcement community is ready to protect the public, Willis wrote in the letter. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution first reported the letter.

Pelosi and other Dems were saying the same things about voting machines in the past. Oh, the outrage! A hacker proved live in real time how easily the votes can be changed. Alternate electors are up to Congress to decide which slate to choose, which was what Hillary also did, and it’s not a crime.

There were 18 others indicted along with President Trump. The indictments are based on the Georgia RICO Act. Cameras will be allowed in the courtroom when the pleas are issued.IP: Logged |

In a Grand Jury, only one side of the story is told. No defense by the accused is allowed and no legal representation is permitted. Grand Juries are rubber stamps for the DA. I know you're all excited and part of the 'Get Trump' brigade but if you had a lick of common sense, you'd know this indictment is fatally flawed and an attack to subvert the rule of law and the 1st Amendment right to free speech. The same is true about the other Trump indictments. These a$$clowns think they're going to prevent Trump from running for President in 2024. No legitimate elections in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin or Arizona. You and the rest of the deranged TDSers need to accept reality. RICO doesn't apply. President Trump listened to his lawyers. Each of these counts is tied to lying. Lying involves intent. Does anyone here think President Trump doesn't believe the election was stolen? His lawyers also sincerely believed it. The charges were also all based around protected political speech. Lawyers advancing novel legal theories isn't a crime. The higher courts will strike this down. That is, if there is a conviction, which is highly doubtful. Georgia has the best jury system in the country. Juries here look at the law. But we are also big on jury nullification—so much so that we actually have it enshrined in our state Constitution! That means juries can punish prosecutors who cross lines by unilaterally ruling not guilty regardless of the law. This charade is not intended for anything but to keep President Trump from campaigning and to scare others from opposing the Dem overlords of this blooming banana republic. When Republicans take control, we should then return the favor. The Biden crime enterprise actually does fall under the federal RICO Act. We should indict all of them, including the Biden family members, and the bank account trails forensics has found is irrefutable.
