So what? The DOJ has no place investigating this in the first place. The Presidential Records Act is already civil. If NARA requests records back and the President doesn't comply, then the NARA can sue the President for those records. Obama has troves of classified docs! Whereas, Biden was only VP and had absolutely no authority to keep any classified docs. "Obstruction" for this is absolutely ridiculous. President Trump was actively negotiating with NARA. Just a double nothing burger with cheese.
