Funny how numerous left-leaning polls show President Trump ahead of a Biden by 7 to 11 points. What was a real sh*t show was that farce of a trial. It will be reversed on appeal. President Trump mocked a liar who has zero proof and a fantastical story that no jury outside of a blue stronghold would ever believe. I posit that she is arguably a public figure (being not just a published author but also who wrote a book about, perhaps, the world’s most prolifically public, public figure), and thus the standard for defamation is a high bar to meet. How ironic that her book about President Trump should be what tips the scales of “actual malice.” At least that is what I would argue, anyway. She was allowed free reign to speak her fantasies while President Trump was shut down at every turn by a biased judge. I have not read the jury instructions, but it is likely that those instructions were defective, especially with regard to the required elements of defamation for a public figure like her.

Lastly, I presume that you as strongly object to the way Hillary publicly threatened and disparaged Bill’s rape accusers? Right? Of course, you don't.
