While Muammar Gaddafi's rule in Libya was marked by controversy and human rights abuses, it is important to acknowledge that his regime implemented certain social welfare programs that benefited the Libyan population. Here are some notable initiatives:

Free Healthcare: Under Gaddafi's rule, Libya had a state-funded healthcare system that provided free medical care to all citizens. The government invested heavily in healthcare infrastructure, and citizens had access to healthcare facilities and treatments without financial barriers.

Education Initiatives: Gaddafi placed a strong emphasis on education and promoted increased literacy rates in Libya. Education at all levels, including primary, secondary, and tertiary education, was subsidized by the government, making it more accessible to the population. The literacy rate in Libya significantly improved during his regime.

Subsidized Housing: Gaddafi's government implemented housing programs to provide subsidized and affordable housing for Libyan citizens. This initiative aimed to improve living conditions and address housing shortages in some areas.

Infrastructure Development: Gaddafi invested heavily in infrastructure projects across Libya, including the construction of roads, bridges, schools, hospitals, and other public facilities. These developments aimed to improve the overall quality of life for Libyans and contribute to economic growth.

Water Management Projects: Gaddafi initiated large-scale projects to address water scarcity issues in Libya. One of the notable projects was the Great Man-Made River, which aimed to supply fresh water to arid regions by tapping into underground water sources. This project provided access to water for agriculture, domestic use, and industrial purposes.

It is important to note that while these initiatives brought certain benefits to the Libyan people, they should be considered within the context of Gaddafi's authoritarian rule and other human rights concerns during his regime.

Rumor has it , Obama/Hilton came to know of his plans to create a new currency that is backed off Gold. Did Hillary's infamous email server contain some information on those strategies to eliminate Gaddafi? But Hillary never liked the America first principle. Hmm
