Religious liberty: An employee for the post office was fired for refusing to work on Sunday because it conflicted with his religious beliefs. SCOTUS agreed. Employers must make reasonable accommodations.

Free speech: A Christian web designer (considered an artist) didn't want to produce sites for LGBTQ+ individuals. The Court avoided the religious aspect and instead ruled 6/3 in the strongest free speech protection ruling in history!

Popping in to say this is ******** . Setting us back fifty years again, just like with Roe. "We don't serve your kind here." We knew your corrupt judges were just getting started.

What do you not understand about free speech? I suppose you would okay with forcing a holocaust survivor to make a Nazi website also, right? There are plenty of competitors. Go to another one.

I've heard this means that people can now put up signs saying, "No Trump supporters allowed!"

It means no such thing. The Court opined on reverse speech--or being forced to speak against one's will.

Good, they should have that right. If you don't want to make a swastika cake for Nazis, the Feds should not be able to force you.

Bring it on! Personally, though I no longer consider myself an automatic Trump supporter, I wouldn't mind knowing where I should not spend my money... There are plenty of other places I would rather patronize than woke leftists businesses.

You need to quit getting your legal advice from the farleft fringe "news." Shop owners can't put up signs that say "no trans allowed." That isn't what this ruling held. Apples and oranges much?
