One of the most impacting SCOTUS cases that is beaten into our brains in law school is Marbury v. Madison, which established judicial review. The Court isn’t acting like Congress—it is acting like the Supreme Court. 😂 The Supreme Court saying “Congress must act” is not acting like Congress, AOC? 🤷‍♀️
