The Biden Administration likely violated the 1st Amendment by pushing Facebook, Twitter and other social media to delete posts and tweets and trying to “partner” with those sites. The judge said the Biden Administration acted like a “ministry of truth.” What a lawless administration! What if President Trump had done this! This is what third world tyrants do!

It’s a damning 155 page opinion. And it’s not just the WH—the DOJ, the CDC, and a number of individual leaders, like the head of the DHS. Dissent should never be “banned” as “disinformation.” If I want to believe in something that’s not true, and tell others what I believe, that is my right. Not to mention, that the “conspiracy theorists” were correct, and the health officials were full of sh*t.
