There is obviously a large swatch of transwomen who want to wear makeup and why shouldn't they be featured by cosmetics company?

The makeup industry has always been heavily dominated by LGBT people. Some of the best makeup artists are gay males. Drag artists use makeup heavily, so we cannot say that this is not their customer base.

This bearded man while not exactly easy on my eyes is just that, a bearded man wearing makeup. Most women do not care...

I think that's different from a Dylan Mulvaney with its caricature of womanhood and girlhood gushing at the world that he/she doesn't even drink beer, yet is happy to represent a beer company. DM was not their customer base, and that was a marketing blunder.
