President Trump’s speech that day was and is protected. There is no case whatsoever. This is the federal equivalent of the Alvin Bragg nonsense. Jack Smith is notorious for stretching federal statutes well beyond their limitation, which is why SCOTUS has reversed his insanity twice already, and this will face a similar fate.
