Again, why are you on the platform? I won’t take your word for it when just based on another person’s tweet, but even if true, beliefs and thoughts are not crimes. Even hate speech is protected speech, with some limited exceptions.

He's a white supremacist. It's really weird how the GOP claim to be real patriots, and claim to support veterans, when they aren't speaking out against white supremacists, and nazis feel free to flourish amongst them.
