Oooh, he signed an emergency declaration. He probably didn’t even know what he signed. Volunteers are donating food and supplies and delivering them. Biden has done almost nothing. They have lost everything—their homes, their possessions, and their jobs. All Biden gave them is a one-time payment of $700!
