In the very least, the challenge will take so long it won't come up for air until after the election. A quote from the article: Legal observers say Trump could prevail in moving the case thanks to defendant-friendly rules that courts have developed, allowing federal officials to have their cases heard in federal court. “Trump has a nonzero chance of forcing his way into federal court,” said Lee Kovarsky, a professor at the University of Texas School of Law. “The law on officer removal, especially in the 11th Circuit, is very favorable to defendants.” http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/donald-trump-is-likely-to-try-to-move-georgia-case-to-federal-court-it-could-work/ar-AA1frwme?fbclid=IwAR1QY18YiHBxOUvhncrWQ2wuLAOhjdOXPKB9iZ KbbalXkqc1Xwe1USGHtjE IP: Logged |

This isn't my initial rationale for removal, but it is a strong one. These indicted lawyers are unshaken. They are some brilliant minds. By including a federal official acting in his official capacity in the indictment, Fani Pack put her case's head in a proverbial noose.IP: Logged |
