They were blocking the highway to Burning Man, so the police vehicle rammed into the blockage and smashed it. Then they were all handcuffed and arrested. This is how it should be done. We need to stop coddling these idiots. I approve.

But January 6th protesters who were violent, are being penalized for their political beliefs? No ******* way.

I remember the police ramming their cars into crowds, and hurting protesters in 2020. That isn’t good.

First Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Interfering with the rights of other is not a peaceful assembly.
