Did you even read the CNN article? If anything, President Trump is sealing his innocence. Intent is an element of the charge. If President Trump truly believes the election was rigged and stolen, he cannot be convicted. Of course, the charges are all legal fictions anyway. But playing by their corrupt rules, President Trump will be exonerated.
