Why wouldn’t he want to get it out of the way, so that he can campaign in peace? His own lawyer said that when you’re innocent, you don’t need to prep much. IP: Logged |

The brain dead prosecutor wanted to start the trial in October  You get more time than that to fight a traffic ticket. You have absolutely no sense of justice or of judicial proceedings. If you did, you'd know it's defendants who are entitled to a SPEEDY TRIAL...not prosecutors. IP: Logged |

Why wouldn’t he want to get it out of the way? Do you know how ridiculous you sound? Let’s see how long Biden needs to prepare for trial when he is indicted on federal RICO charges, among other felonies, once he leaves office. And what do you want to bet that Hunter throws his daddy under the buss to stay out of prison? Jwhop, in 2016, I received a traffic ticket in Fulton County. I appeared in Atlanta Municipal Court, and I chose a jury trial. I was told I would hear back within 60 days. I am still waiting. 😂 IP: Logged |
