So? This judge is a POS. And how did James ever get a law degree. What a stupid b*tch. She didn’t even know about the statute of limitations. The law, 6312, is unconstitutional because it deprives the defendant of a jury. This brain dead judge valued Mara-A-Lago at $18 million. It is worth between $500 million and $1 billion. Both of these crooks should be disbarred. There are no harmed parties. Thus there can be no fraud under this statute. The loans were paid back, in many cases early. The lenders are not victims. They assessed the properties on their own. And a disclaimer was including that directed them to do so. F Schumer and his clerk girlfriend! Also, a 2-acre wooded lot just 5 minutes away from Mar-A-Lago is listed for $150 million, while a 2.3 acre plot off land is listed for $200 million. Mar-A-Lago is 58 bedrooms and 33 bathrooms. This corrupt judge said James should go after President Trump because “he’s a bad guy.” How does that not prejudice the judge? Nothing but a kangaroo court.IP: Logged |
