I have already explained this to you. It is a rule that is easily changed with an ad hoc committee, not a statute. You need to work on your reading comprehension skills.

Yeah, I heard that, too. Before you said anything. But they’re still changing rules again, to suit their own interests.

Yet you have a problem with people making decisions about their own bodies. Mainly women, and trans people.
