The only case that threatens President Trump before the election is the DC case. If President Trump is found guilty, the case will immediately go to appeal and will remain so during the election. When President Trump wins the election, the Solicitor General will ask SCOTUS drop the case under the legal doctrine of “Confession of Error.” It will be sent back to the lower court for reconsideration—fancy words for it never happened. No doubt that President Trump will pocket pardon himself of the other federal cases. SCOTUS will dispose of the two non-federal cases for obvious reasons (no jurisdiction with Bragg, and the First Amendment for Fanny’s circus, among several other errors of law). No one can stop that because you no one has standing, except for the Justice Dept., and the AG will have been appointed by President Trump. Now, let’s talk about how that will go. Because of the Federal Vacancies Reform Act, a POTUS can appoint anyone he wants without separate Senate confirmation in any executive position, temporarily (for a year). Even if Dems take the Senate, they won’t be able to stop him! There are over 100 Republicans already Senate-confirmed right now that are in the Biden administration, and President Trump’s team is currently scouring through the list to find the most MAGA people to appoint to various positions of power. Lastly, after the first 90 days, President Trump will be able to surround himself with MAGA counselors and put people like Patel and others in those positions (anyone who is GS15 or higher).

That is exactly what Biden is doing. You support fascism every day because it’s against people you don’t like. President Trump has committed no actual crimes. But a lot of Dems have. And they will go to prison for those crimes. That is what is known as justice. Lastly, you’re clueless. If President Trump had tried to overthrow the government, he could have just declared martial law over the stolen election. But you’re right about one thing, Dems can’t let President Trump win. That is why there are four fake indictments. You practically admitted it. But all it has done is guarantee him the nomination. In your heart, you know the Dems cheated last time. It ain’t gonna work this time. Covid was a one hit wonder—the proverbial perfect storm for you cheats. I can hardly wait to see all the criminals come to justice. Popcorn, anyone?

No one is above the law.

If they've broken the law(s) and they have, they should be prosecuted, convicted and imprisoned...for a very long time.
