Ashli Babbitt: Judicial Watch files a J6 wrongful death lawsuit

Karine Jean-Pierre (KJP) was recently at it again, claiming police officers were killed on January 6. If “fact checkers” bothered to fact check her, they’d discover no officers died, but Army veteran Ashli Babbitt was killed, shot by the diverse Capital Police Lt. Michael Byrd. Byrd was never charged, but has been promoted. Fortunately, Judicial Watch isn’t letting America forget Babbitt’s murder:

Ashli’s estate is going to get millions over this wrongful death. No one tried to overturn the government. Every time you say they, you sound like a clueless brainwashed lemming. Around 1,200 people have been arrested. The vast majority were charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Only 300 were charged with obstruction of a government proceeding, which SCOTUS is currently reviewing. And a very small handful were charged with either assaulting a police officer or seditious conspiracy. The FBI agents involved and those who gave them their orders should be actually charged with insurrection and conspiracy.

I thought everyone was FBI. She wasn't FBI? There were a few "real" supporters, in a mob of fakes?

How do we know she's really dead? I mean, these people keep expecting JFK to show up, and save the day. Maybe Ashli is holed up with him, just waiting to appear at a rally. The QAnon shaman will roar, as he finally gets the respect he thinks he deserves. Are they supposed to then turn around, and start a civil war, or does JFK showing up, just make everything okay? he's dead, so it would be a bit difficult for him to do that.
