what is with your reading comprehension today? They are imposing strict rules for adults who want to transition.

It was never about being concerned about children, and their mental health, or protecting them.

1) these are adults they are now imposing stricter rules on
2) they know that trans people aren't a danger to children. they hastily sidestep anything concerning religious leaders who have molested children, or anyone they like, who was accused of being a rapist.

They don't like trans-people, so they are now inflicting stricter rules on adults.

This also comes after DeWine decided not to keep teenagers from transitioning, because that would be taking decisions away from the parents (who they need to vote for them - it's all ra-ra parents, until they need to terminate a pregnancy). So, in making things harder for these adults, they will also be harder for the teenagers. Stricter rules for everyone. Unless you want to buy lots and lots of guns.
