Fani is accused of misusing $400,000 in a federal grant that was allocated for at-risk youths, where she spent portions thereof on "frivolous unrelated expenses, including MacBooks, clothes, and travel..." She ignored three prior requests for records, so Jordan had no choice but to subpoena her. The records requested include showing her use of funds from the Dept. of Justice, Office Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice, Delinquency Prevention, and Office of Community Oriented Policy and Services. This is separate from the February 15 date where there is a hearing to throw her and her lover off the Trump case. She hired him with no oversight from the Commissioners or the Council. Then there's the issue of him having zero prosecutorial or RICO experience and her making him the highest paid prosecutor in Georgia at $250 per hour, not to mention that she gave him over $650,000 to investigate President Trump, which they spent on lavish first-class international travel, hotels, luxury car rentals, jewelry, clothes, and extravagant meals--and that her unqualified "employee" met twice with Biden's Justice Dept. You literally cannot make this stuff up! But there's one more: The whistleblower who found out that one of her employees was stealing the grant money told her, and she fired the informant. But wait...there's more: It was all caught on tape.

TIMPSON: "He wanted to do things with grants that were impossible, and I kept telling him, like, 'We can't do that', and questioning stuff. He would take me off projects, tell people I wasn't doing what I was supposed to because I questioned him because I understood. I helped write that grant. I know what was in that grant. He told everybody, we're going to get MacBooks. We're going to do...we're going to get swag. We're going to use it for travel. I said you cannot do that. It's a very, very specific grant."

FANI Willis: So, I respect that is your assessment. It was clear to me that you and Mr. Cuffey were not getting along. And I'm not saying that your assessment is wrong."

That makes four investigative bodies going after Fani: House Judiciary Committee, Georgia House Impeachment Resolution, Georgia Senate Special Committee, and Fulton County Audit Committee. I'll add a fifth to the mix because Georgia Bar Association will necessarily conduct its own disciplinary hearing. She probably won't be removed from the case on February 15. She definitely won't recuse herself. But she is likely to face disciplinary action by the Georgia Bar Association. And if she loses her law license, then she will be terminated. But two more things need to happen, as well: 1. She should face federal and state criminal charges and go to prison if convicted. 2. The entire Fulton County case should be dropped because it has been tainted. The jury pool has certainly been tainted.
