So scotus is supposed to say that he has full immunity, when other presidents didn’t. Either they do the right thing, or they let him get away with this **** . Why are you so supportive of a criminal?

Every rational person already knew Trump's appeal to the DC appeals court would be denied. A closed court system consisting mostly of demorats.

But, Trump's appeal to the US Supreme Court will be upheld, as it must.

If presidents don't have immunity from prosecution for actions taken as president, then imagine what happens to Barack Hussein Obama. Prosecution for 1st degree murder....for ordering the murders of 2 US citizens....and many other crimes.

Imagine what happens to Crime Boss Joe Biden who entered into a criminal conspiracy with drug lords and NGOs to overthrow the borders of the United States and invite the invasion of the United States, not to mention the human trafficking of young girls and women into sex slavery rings. In other words, TREASON.

So, I wouldn't get all giddy just yet.

You're the one who is supporting a criminal. Biden should go to prison after he leaves office, if for nothing else, for having those classified docs. A Senator and VP can't do that. Only a President can.

Other Presidents didn't have immunity for actions they took as President???

Name one other president who was charged with a crime or crimes for actions they took as president.!!!!!!

I halfway want them to try President Trump, so he can be exonerated on the merits of the case on appeal, and then we can go after Obama and Biden.

So, he’s decided to “allow” the cases against him to go on (that ******* wording!), and not go to the Supreme Court after all.

I guess he doesn’t think the Supreme Court will side with him. So, he’s avoiding the fall-out by “allowing” them to go ahead with it.
