While Biden won’t be charged for violating the Espionage Act, the details will be embarrassing and affect his re-election campaign. No doubt, his approval ratings will tank even lower. The Justice Dept. is saying the difference between Biden and President Trump is that Biden cooperated. As such, they should have only charged President Trump with obstruction. Because they went full on with the charges instead, it blurs the line and shows that obstruction excuse to be false—putting Biden in the spotlight. Will this be the reason Biden is forced to drop out of the election?

Rob Hur's report says criminal charges against Biden wouldn't be warranted even if DOJ didn't have an internal policy against prosecuting sitting presidents.

He didn’t violate anything. BIDEN EXONERATED. Why would he possibly drop out? And if you think he’s going to lose, why would you want him to? Your insurrectionist hasn’t.

We already knew Biden wouldn't charged. He did nothing wrong? He didn't violate anything? You want President Trump's head for doing much less of the same thing. Possessing those docs alone violates the Espionage Act because a Senator and a VP cannot possess classified docs under any circumstances. This just raised the numbers for President Trump. It further proves that there are two tiers of justice.
