This is about the Jan. 6 witch hunt, but a positive ruling could also do away with the classified docs bullshite. In April, SCOTUS is also hearing a case by a Jan. 6 defendant, would apply to several defendants, including President Trump who was charged with the same obstruction of an official proceeding statute.IP: Logged |

What tf are you talking about? I didn't want Jack@ss Smith to dictate anything to SCOTUS. It had to go through the appeals process first. SCOTUS apparently didn't like what the circuit court said and want to “clarify.” Delaying the trial? The left is just admitting that this isn’t about justice. There is literally a mountain of evidence that Biden has committed dozens of felonies in that report, but no prosecution because Biden is an imbecile.
