The judge’s ruling will apply to the Trump case in particular, but it will also have an ancillary effect on all prosecutions by Fani. Fani tried to foment a racial bias with President Trump with her tirade in the church service that President Trump is guilty and the racial overtones, which was publicized, and that is not proper conduct for a prosecutor and will prejudice the jury. Interestingly, since Wade was hired without the approval of Fulton County, that means Wade was not authorized to be in front of a grand jury. What does that mean? The entire case should be thrown out! We also have Mark Meadows about to appeal to SCOTUS that the case should be moved to federal court. IP: Logged |

The entire case doesn’t need to be thrown out, she would probably just be replaced, if all of the misogynists got their wish of her being thrown off the case. They have the phone call of him asking for the exact number of votes he needed to win, to be found. They have a lot more than that, too, but he is so damned stupid, he made a phone call that was being recorded. It’s insulting how long he’s got away with this crap, because he’s so dumb. IP: Logged |

Isn’t it amazing how the relationship between Fani Willis and Nathan Wade is a conflict of interest, but the relationship between Clarence Thomas and Ginni Thomas isn’t? So weird. IP: Logged |

There was nothing wrong with that phone call. They took that one part out of context. And if the case is given to another county, it will likely be dismissed anyway. It is not a genuine RICO case. If it were, the few who took a piea would have been for RICO. Instead, they accepted pleas for nominal charges with no jail time. But involving Wade with the grand jury demands a dismissal of the case. Any new prosecutor will have to start from scratch, and it will not be a RICO case. It doesn’t matter what the two did or didn’t do. The Model Code prohibits even the appearance of impropriety. They must be dismissed. Their behavior has tainted the entire office. It must be in the very least moved. It actually should be thrown out. IP: Logged |

A nutty putty analysis from a far left lunatic. There is nothing in common between Fani and her married lover and Clarance and Ginni Thomas....who are married and don't work together or even share the same profession.
